Sulphur Creek Cook's Challenge will be held on Saturday April 3, 2010 at Holiday House, located at 908 E Fourth Street.  Fun and Educational for the entire family with original trail drive camps, period clothing and cuisine.  There will be 10 chuck wagons with ten cooking crews competing in categories ranging from meat to beans to bread to dessert.  The food is prepared just like the grub the cowboys ate on the trail drives.  The Brazos Bottom Cow'Ographers will provide additional period entertainment. 

You can purchase a ticket for $20.00 for a meal you eat right from the wagon, and enjoy a dance featuring Jarrett Schaub Band later Saturday night.  A ticket for just the dance is 5.00.  Tickets can be purchased at The Yumm Factory.   More information is available at www.rafterts.com.
