This event draws teams from across Texas who spend the weekend preparing their mouth watering BBQ to be judged.  The Hot As Hell  BBQ cookoff is sanctioned by the Lone Star BBQ Society.  Cash will be awared to the top three teams in each category.  Grand Champion and Showmanship will be awarded.  The categories are appetizers, brisket, pork spare ribs and 1/2 chicken.  Also Jackpot Beans with 100% payout.
